AN audit and tax advisory accounting firm has dragged China Copper Mines Limited and three others to court, demanding a payment of K11,500,000 as damages for false representations and fraudulent misrepresentations. Of the above amount, HLB Zambia Audit Services Limited wants China Copper Mines Limited to pay K4 million; United Quarries Limited to pay K4 million, Datong Construction Limited to pay K1 million and Yu Wang Ping to pay K2,500,000.
