THE Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Court to forfeit five properties belonging to Bowman Lusambo and his wife, Nancy, to the state. ACC Investigations Officer Mulenga Mulenga has told the court that Lusambo’s total income is K6,144,858.19, against a market value of K22,800,000 for his properties. ACC has cited Lusambo, Nancy, Mukuka Munkonge and ZDA-Henan Guoji Development Company Limited as respondents. The commission wants property numbers F/609/E/44/B/9 and F/609/E/50, both located in Chamba Valley, as well as houses HT: T3 HN#:248, HT: T3 HN#:249 and HT: T3 HN#:282 in Silverest Gardens, forfeited to the state.
