ACK proprietor Ackson Tembo has appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court and denied stealing six containers of Mukula valued at K1.8 million and money amounting to US$62,000. In this matter, Tembo, 42, a businessman, is facing three counts of theft by agent Contrary to Section 280(b) of the Penal Code Chapter 87 of the Laws of Zambia.
