MFUWE PF MP Maureen Mabonga has told the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court that her utterances at a media briefing where various people addressed the disappearance of Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda were not seditious in nature. Mabonga has told the court that her utterances were meant to bring issues to the attention of the nation and Law Enforcement Agencies.
