FORMER Kabushi PF member of parliament Bowman Lusambo has told the High Court that he is willing to pay back the money he owes Zambezi East UPND MP Brian Kambita in instalments. Lusambo says he had paid Kambita K200,000 through his colleague, Brian Savale, and only remained with a balance of K650,000. He has also told the court that the contract relating to the sale of a property was frustrated due to unforeseen circumstances, as the property in issue became a subject of criminal investigations by ACC.
