LUSAKA Chief Resident Magistrate Davies Chibwili yesterday admitted into evidence the presidential Gulfstream Jet as part of evidence in the matter where Stardy Mwale and five others are charged with wilful failure to comply with the law in relation to the procurement of the jet. In this matter, Mwale, who is former Ministry of Defence permanent secretary, is jointly charged with Isabel Chinji, Micheal Mbewe, Evaristo Sakala, Frank Sinyangwe and Dr John Phiri.
