THE Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has ordered Emmanuel Mwamba’s two sureties to forfeit K50,000 each after they failed to fulfill their obligation to present him before the court. Lusaka Senior Resident Magistrate Trevor Kasanda has ordered Msanzala PF MP Elias Daka and Mufulira Central PF MP Golden Mwila to pay the money forthwith. This is in a matter where Mwamba, who is PF Chairperson for Information and Publicity, is charged with assault on a police officer.
