Madalitso Muthiya finished tied at 26th at the Zambia Sugar Open that ended on Sunday at Lusaka Golf Club.
Muthiya was the only Zambian to have made the final cut at the Zambia Sugar Open after 19 compatriots all failed to make qualify for the final two rounds at the end of day-two action on Friday.
This was Muthiya first cut from two events played in the 2017 Sunshine Tour after failing to make the final two rounds of the 2017 Zimbabwe Open in Harare a week ago.
Muthiya finished 12 shots behind winner Oliver Bekker of South Africa who won his fourth Sunshine Tour career title.
Bakker came to Lusaka a week after finishing third at the Zimbabwe Open.
