CHIPOLOPOLO Coach Aljosa Asanovic has threatened to quit the national team over unpaid salaries amounting to US$41,000. The Croatian finds himself at loggerheads with the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) over his absence from Chipolopolo duty. Meanwhile, FAZ president Andrew Kamanga says the Association does not owe Asanovic anything because he has not reported for duty six weeks after the league season commenced. The Croatian gaffer who wrote to FAZ through his lawyer Davor Radić, threatened to terminate his contract if his demand of a $41,000 payment is not met.
