FOOTBALL And Allied Workers of Zambia (FAWUZ) general secretary Linos Chalwe has stepped down to explore other avenues in the sport. And FAWUZ has since appointed treasurer Kelvin Musipe as acting general secretary to take over from Chalwe. Chalwe who is the founder of the Union announced his resignation as a board member yesterday at their offices in Twin Palm, saying that he had run his race and would love to leave the stage while people are still clapping. The Union was formed in 2016 by Chalwe with a vision of bettering the welfare of active and retired players.
