ZAMBIA Football Coaches Association (ZAFCA) president Dan Kabwe says there is a need for the country to build the capacity of local coaches to improve the standard of the beautiful game. Speaking in an interview, Wednesday, Kabwe said ZAFCA was impressed with the current Chipolopolo recruitment process but stressed that there is a need to build capacity in local coaches. Kabwe said Zambia had several experienced coaches that could coach the national team but needed the necessary badges required. “So far so good, we are waiting for the results of who the next coach will be.
