FOREST Rangers coach Ian Bakala says the Carling Black Label triumph against MTN Super defending Champions Power Dynamos should send a strong signal to other teams ahead of the kick-off of the League this weekend. The ABSA Cup champions thrashed Power Dynamos 3-1 in an entertaining encounter on Saturday at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium in the Charity Shield.
