SPORTS Minister Elvis Nkandu says Zambia remains determined to comply with the Region Five protocols and guidelines in implementing regional programmes and activities. Speaking during the opening ceremony of the AUSC Region Five Board of Advisors Meeting yesterday, Nkandu said the country had derived immense value from Regions Five programmes. “I wish to express my immense gratitude for being part of the meeting of the AUSC Region Five Board of Advisors, which is taking place in our beautiful city of Lusaka.
