ZAMBIA’s hopes of qualifying to the 2026 World Cup have been dashed following the Chipolopolo’s one nil loss to the Taifa Stars of Tanzania in a late evening match played at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola on Tuesday. The Chipolopolo were looking forward to dust themselves up following two consecutive defeats to Niger and Morocco, the latest being a 2-1 loss against the Atlas Lions on Friday, last week.
