ZUBAIR ESSA of Essa Racing has been crowned champion of the 2025 Hyundai Eicher Rally after dominating the opening stages and holding off a fierce challenge from the Gomes Racing Team. Navigated by Farai Mwanamakondo in a Subaru Impreza, Essa set the tone early, winning Stage One (7.39km Clinic) in four minutes 34 seconds and Stage Two (20.67km Penyasone) in 16:14.41 despite a 42-second penalty. His steady pace through the later stages secured the overall victory ahead of Leroy Gomes in second, Kyle in third, Ali Moamer Rashid in fourth, and Seth in fifth.
