The Lusaka Magistrates’ Court has acquitted Housing and Infrastructure Minister Ronald Chitotela in a matter in which he was charged with four counts of concealing property suspected to be proceeds of crime.
Lusaka Magistrate David Simusamba found Chitotela with no case to answer this afternoon.
Chitotela cried after the ruling was read out.
