PRESIDENT Edgar Lungu has urged judges to be fair as they preside over cases, saying the Judiciary gets overwhelmed with political cases during the election period. Speaking when he swore in 10 High Court Judges, Wednesday, President Lungu said the judges should dispense justice in a timely manner. “I am happy to have you here to witness the swearing-in ceremony of ten High Court judges after their appointment and subsequent ratification by Parliament.
