RESIDENT Doctors Association of Zambia president Dr Brian Sampa has urged government to make prostitution illegal and increase tax on alcohol in order to win the fight against HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases. Kabwata Ward 6 councillor Chishala Bwalya recently filed a complaint at the police, saying his office had received a notice from several residents regarding prostitutes standing along the roads in residential areas and this was negatively affecting them.
