SECOND Deputy Speaker Moses Moyo says Parliament has no jurisdiction to determine whether or not former president Edgar Lungu can still receive his benefits following his statement that he is still politically active. Speaking when PF members visited him and his wife at his residence yesterday, Lungu said he was still politically active although not in leadership.
