FORMER Lusaka Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu says people cannot be waiting ‘donkey’s years’ for change to take place, arguing that everyone feels cheated by the current government because nothing is happening. And Archbishop Mpundu has questioned the Presidency’s association with certain people and groupings that are not very friendly to African political and economic independence.
