POLICE have instituted investigations into a fire incident that occurred on the fifth floor of the Public Service Pension Fund (PSPF) building which led to offices belonging to the Secondary School Teachers Union of Zambia (SESTUZ) and two law firms being gutted. In a statement, Thursday, Police spokesperson Rae Hamoonga said the report of the fire incident was made by an Arm secure security guard operating at ZANACO Headquarters who noticed some smoke coming from the rooftop on the fifth floor.
