THE public Accounts Committee has heard that the Attorney General raised concern about how AFCON Infrastructure Limited was single-sourced for the design and construction of the Lusaka City decongestion project at $289,105,667, in 2016. Meanwhile, the Ministry Local Government and Rural Development has told the committee that the cost of constructing four flyover bridges in Lusaka was increased to $40,243,508.84 because of design changes.
