VICE-PRESIDENT Mutale Nalumango says she needs to find out what has caused the delay to ratify the appointment of Gilbert Phiri as Director of Public Prosecutions. In October this year, President Hakainde Hichilema removed Lilian Siyunyi from the office of DPP and appointed ACC director general Gilbert Phiri to head that office, subject to ratification by the National Assembly.
