THE Drug Enforcement Commission says it has recorded a 50 percent increase in the number of new clients, mainly youths, who enrolled for its counselling programme from 810 in 2021 to 1,212 in 2022. The commission has also urged Education and Counselling Department (ECD) officers to maintain the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality in order to deal with the drug problem in the country.
