UPND Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says New Heritage Party president Chishala Kateka’s suggestion that opposition political parties should be allowed to nominate their own members to form part of the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) in order to promote fairness in the electoral process is flawed.
