ZAMBEZI West UPND member of parliament Vumango Musumali says Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti is impartial and gives all lawmakers opportunities to ask questions when they indicate. Commenting on governance activist Brebnar Changala’s remarks that Mutti should rise above her pettiness and allow the opposition to have a field day in the House, Musumali said the National Assembly uses automated systems where lawmakers who want to speak are required to indicate.
