GOVERNANCE Activist Brebner Changala says President Hakainde Hichilema did not solve anything by sending his Cabinet Ministers to Kasama to make peace with the Catholic Church when the “battleground” is Lusaka. During a media briefing, Saturday, Technology and Science Minister Felix Mutati said President Hichilema sent a delegation of Ministers to meet Zambia Conference of Catholic Bishops president Archbishop Ignatius Chama in Kasama to foster peace with the Catholic Church.
