LUSAKA Lawyer Jonas Zimba and PF presidential aspirant Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba yesterday appeared before the Anti-Corruption Commission where they were questioned over an alleged forged letter. Zimba, who has described the questioning as an act of intimidation, says the allegation against him is that he forged a letter in a case in which he is representing Mwamba. Meanwhile, PF vice-president Given Lubinda has urged the ACC to defend its cases in court and desist from intimidating citizens. Zimba is one of the lawyers representing Mwamba in a matter in which he is facing eight counts of conflict of interest, one count of money laundering and 15 counts of being in possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime.
