COPPERBELT Minister Elisha Matambo says President Hakainde Hichilema is the leader citizens voted for on August 12, 2021, as he has fulfilled his campaign promises. During a press briefing, Monday, Matambo took time to highlight the projects being undertaken by the government in various sectors.
