MINISTER of Home Affairs and Internal Security Jack Mwiimbu says it was the PF administration which recommended Precious Himululi alias Precious Namweemba Magande’s pardon. Recently, Precious Namweemba Magande said she stole about $1.2 million from a well-known figure who served in the PF government. Precious said she did not plan to steal the money but she couldn’t help it after her friend invited her to a certain politician’s house and she realised PF officials used to keep trunks of money in their homes. Precious, however, lamented that her friend whom she committed the crime with was never arrested, but added that she’s still in contact with the people she stole from.
