SUB Chief Kunda Mfumu of Muombe area in Luapula Province says Minister of Green Economy and Environment Collins Nzovu disregarded the traditional leadership by not paying a courtesy call, hence the attack from villagers. An angry mob attacked Nzovu on Monday after he conducted an impromptu visit to a Sugilite mining area in Muombe village, as Sub chief Kunda Mfumu watched from a close distance while seated on a stool.
