PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema yesterday held an in-camera meeting with Our Civic Duty Association (OCiDA) leadership which lasted for about three hours. Among those in attendance included Archbishop Emeritus Telesphore Mpundu, Brebner Changala, Leslie Mbula, among other OCiDA members. Upon introductions, Mbula announced that three OCiDA trustees had resigned, leaving the organisation with only three trustees. Meanwhile, addressing the media after the meeting, archbishop Mpundu said the civil society organisation will now have a mutual understanding with the government on governance issues. “We were all educated, both sides. From now on, we will move on a better mutual understanding. It’s very fruitful, we cannot afford to do otherwise. Wonderful. Thank you to all of you, especially the President and his staff,”...
