PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema yesterday held an in-camera meeting with Our Civic Duty Association (OCiDA) leadership which lasted for about three hours. Among those in attendance included Archbishop Emeritus Telesphore Mpundu, Brebner Changala, Leslie Mbula, among other OCiDA members. Upon introductions, Mbula announced that three OCiDA trustees had resigned, leaving the organisation with only three trustees. Meanwhile, addressing the media after the meeting, archbishop Mpundu said the civil society organisation will now have a mutual understanding with the government on governance issues. “We were all educated, both sides.
