COMMERCE, Trade and Industry Minister Chipoka Mulenga says former president Edgar Lungu is now able to move around freely because the ruling party respects the rule of law. In an interview, Tuesday, Mulenga said the new dawn was all about political coexistence. “As the new dawn government we saw people complaining to say why would we as UPND government allow Edgar Lungu to go and attend the Agriculture and Commercial Show who is opposing the current government.
