HEALTH minister Sylvia Masebo says scientific research is under threat due to insignificant funding and no agenda to prioritise it. And acting UNZA Vice Chancellor Professor Anne Sikwibele says 21st century students are expected to conduct research and provide solutions to challenges being faced by society. Speaking during the first Ridgeway Scientific Conference, Thursday, Masebo said research was under threat. “I want to encourage the students union to continue on this path you’ve started.
