UPND Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa says the ruling party is not aware that Cabinet office rejected former president Edgar Lungu’s request to travel to South Africa for medical review. And Mweetwa says if President Hakainde Hichilema was to publicly declare his assets, he would be doing that outside the law because the PF administration changed the law to do with asset declaration.
