NAKONDE PF member of parliament Lukas Simumba has disagreed with Finance Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane who says that the prices of commodities are rising at a slower rate than before. Last week, Dr Musokotwane said the cost of living had indeed been rising, but at a slower pace when compared to 2 years ago.
