SPEAKER of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti yesterday suspended Petauke Independent member of parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda for 14 sitting days for disorderly conduct. During business, Banda had risen on a point of order and alleged that Speaker Mutti wanted to make his life difficult in the National Assembly. “Madam Speaker, (my point of order) is under 202 on the privilege’s of the member.
