ECONOMIC Freedom Fighters president Kasonde Mwenda says Minister of Energy Peter Kapala has breached the ZPPA Act by awarding a fuel supply contract without following tender procedure. On Monday, News Diggers reported that Kapala had given a diesel supply deal to Transworld Petroleum Limited, another company which is believed to be close to the ruling party.
