LUSAKA Lawyer Jonas Zimba says it is much safer for citizens to listen to people like State Counsel John Sangwa than a politician. On Wednesday, Mulusa said people should only consider the court’s interpretation of the law and not that of lawyers. Mulusa was commenting on Sangwa’s remarks that Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti breached the Constitution by recognising a new leader of the opposition in the House when there was a legitimate one.
