RTSA Acting Head of Public Relations Mukela Mangolwa has disclosed that the agency captured 590 motorists for speeding on December 11, 2023, which was the first day of speed camera enforcement. And Mangolwa has explained that fines for speeding range between K225 and K450, while motorists who exceed the speed limit by 60 kilometers per hour will face prosecution.
