PAMBASHE PF member of parliament Ronald Chitotela says the UPND government should not lie to themselves that abusing the Public Order Act will ensure their stay in power as successive governments have failed to do so. The Human Rights Commission (HRC) recently expressed concern over what it termed as the continued abuse and discriminatory application of the Public Order Act by the Zambia Police.
