PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema says he is saddened by the death of former home affairs minister Lt Ronnie Shikapwasha. Yesterday his son, Tivo, confirmed in short statement posted on his Facebook page that his father had died. “Thank you all for your prayers. Dad has gone to be with with Lord. Forever my hero,” read the statement.
