INFORMATION Minister and Chief Government Spokesperson Cornelius Mweetwa has given his former lecturer, John Sangwa, zero out of 10 in terms of his analysis of the Access to Information law. On Tuesday, Constitutional Lawyer John Sangwa said the recently enacted Access to Information was a sham and it would not serve its purpose. Sangwa added that government was forced to enact the law due to some debt restructuring conditionalities.
