NHIMA Senior Public Relations Officer King Syacika says members should expect better the system to operate better after the completion of the upgrade. And Syacika says only 136,000 members out of the registered 3.7 million members have accessed membership cards. Recently, NHIMA experienced challenges in processing claims on its system and encouraged members to use manual claims during the meantime.
