On Thursday, Socialist Party Deputy General Secretary in-charge of politics Antonio Mwanza charged that the commission could not conduct a free and fair election in its current structure, as its commissioners were known UPND cadres. “If you look at the Commissioners, the President has appointed known cadres of the UPND.
