MUNALI UPND member of parliament Mike Mposha says Lusaka Mayor Chilando Chitangala shouldn’t use the support from President Hakainde Hichilema as leverage to undermine Ministers and members of parliament. He has since urged Chitangala to learn courtesy, arguing that she can’t visit a constituency without notifying the area member of parliament.
