MINISTER of Water Development and Sanitation Mike Mposha says there is nothing wrong with him instructing some UPND members to participate in Ward Development Committees. And Mposha says the PF are mobilising people to take all the positions in the management of the Constituency Development Fund in order to derail government’s programmes.
