UNITED Kwacha Alliance (UKA) member Chishala Kateka says the UPND government has lost popularity, that is why it has stopped the alliance from having a rally. Last week, UKA notified Kafue Police of its intention to hold a rally on the April 13, 2024, but the alliance was not given a go-ahead. The police cited “security concerns” as a reason for declining the notice.
