INFORMATION Communication Technology Association of Zambia (ICTAZ) president, Dr Clement Sinyangwe, says ZICTA needs to develop a number of cyber offense monitoring systems to ensure that they curtail illegal cyber operations. On Tuesday, the Drug Enforcement Commission busted a Chinese internet fraud syndicate called Golden Top Support Services which resulted in the arrest of 77 suspects and seizure of 13,000 domestic and international sim cards.
