POLICE in Samfya, Luapula Province, have arrested a 34-year-old teacher for defiling a 15-year-old grade 11 pupil. In a statement, Deputy Police Public Relations Officer Danny Mwale disclosed that, according to police investigations, the teacher, only identified as Sinyangwe, while acting as school head teacher, called the pupil to his office and instructed her to go and clean the head teacher’s house who was out of town.
